  1. Clean Address... (Record Menu)
  2. Clean Address..., under the Record menu, is a custom event that will access a CD ROM disk, search for an address which corresponds to the address in the Edit Text box and return changes, if any.

  4. CASS is a Postal Service program which certifies that lists contain only current correctly printed mailing addresses.  Having CASS certified lists also may entitle you to postage rate reductions.

  6. By uniformly “cleaning” using Clean Address... you will also reduce the number of duplicate records in your lists.
